I heard a statement while watching a TV show a few nights ago that made me jump to my feet so I could write it down. It was, “The unknown is where everything you don’t have lives.”
This sentence reminds me of how important it is to simply go forward. It is important to take the leap when it feels “right”; even though you don’t know what the outcome is going to be.
The very next morning, l went outdoors to take a walk and the fog was really thick. I was enjoying how different the world looked under this shroud. It occurred to me that it was a perfect metaphor to go with the aforementioned statement. I could barely see half a block in front of me and nothing past that. I simply kept putting one foot in front of the other and I could always see directly in from of myself. I was walking in faith as there was simply not the “clarity” I was used to experiencing. I enjoyed a long, nice walk in a different environment and it was exhilarating!
We create our realities. If we remember this and keep our eye on our goals, we can take our chances without debilitating fear. This will result in our unknown changing on a regular basis as we manifest our goals in excitement and joy!!
I wish you all a joy-filled, peaceful walk into the unknown!
